Ordering

How can I order Cruiser Suite products?

All our products can be ordered via our official resellers and distributors. Never buy from anybody not listed in our resellers list, in such case we cannot guarantee you the quality of the product.

What are the payment options?

Most of our resellers and distributors offer online payment systems like Paypal, MoneyBookers, etc. but usually you can pay them also by bank wire transfer or by Western Union.

Resellers

Do you welcome new resellers?

Yes, we do welcome new resellers and have many worldwide. To become one you just need to contact us stating what amount of credits you wish to order.

Do resellers get an admin panel to make their own logins?

Yes, we do offer admin panel for resellers - it is available to all orders over 100 logins.

Support

Where do I download the software?

The software is available for download from the official download section. You can also find many rapidshare.com links in our News section for downloading the software directly from rapidshare.

What can I do if I have a problem?

First of all try to read all documentation coming with our applications. Second step you can do is to click on "Info" tab in our applications for additional technical advises. If you still face the same problem, export the communication log from the application main window and post your problem at our official Support Forum. We will answer as soon as possible.

Supreme credits

How long do I have to wait for username/password after I purchase Supreme credits from resellers?

Usually all logins are sent within 24 hours of ordering and payment receive. Some of our resellers sometimes take longer time to review some accounts. Sometimes they may require additional information to process orders.

Do the passwords expire?

No they don't, there is no time limit for their usage.

Does the password change after a purchase of credits to an existing account?

No, password doesn't change. If you've forgot your password, contact your reseller.

How many unlocks I get from 1 Supreme credit?

It depends on more things, especially on particular phone you unlock. Refer to our consumption table to get exact numbers for particular phones.

Technical

Does this service change IMEI numbers?

No, this service does not change IMEI numbers. This is illegal in most countries and we don't answer any questions on this matter.

Can I unlock 24 hours a day 7 days a week?

Yes, you can. Only exception that might come is when we do some server maintenance. It is not very often, but sometimes necessary to do.

Will you add more phones?

Yes, there will be more phones. The Cruiser Suite Server is updateable and updates will be released accordingly.

What cables do I need to unlock my model?

As below:

  • DB2010 Respin (UC10/UC20 Box)
  • DB2012 (UC10/UC20 Box or Clones)
  • DB2020 (UC10/UC20 Box or USB cable*)
  • DB3210 (USB Cable)
  • DB3150 (USB Cable*)
  • DB2000 PDA (USB Cable*)
  • DB2001 PDA (USB Cable*)

* USB Cable means DCU60 or DCU65 - this is the cable that is supplied with the phone.

How do I know I have the correct cable?

The original Sony Ericsson cable is the correct one for the job. For more info please see the correct cable page.
